A One-Capsule Routine
Vendor copy says to take one capsule daily with a glass of water, ideally in the morning, and up to two capsules daily for more intensive support. One bonus guide mentions sublingual use, so always follow the directions printed on your own bottle.
The Idea Behind The Blend
The body uses L-arginine to make nitric oxide, a molecule that helps blood vessels relax and widen. L-citrulline is converted by the body into arginine. Melonex pairs them on the theory that more raw material may support nitric oxide. Research on these amino acids is mixed, and we found no study of this exact combination.
What The Capsules Cannot Do
Blood pressure depends mainly on salt intake, weight, movement, alcohol, smoking, genetics and any prescribed treatment. A supplement cannot diagnose, treat or normalise high blood pressure.
What To Expect
No one can promise a timeline or a result. Regular readings and check-ups with your doctor matter more than any bottle.
A Note On The Marketing
Some promotional pages show countdown timers, an “FDA approved” badge and wording such as immediate relief of arterial pressure. We do not repeat these, because they are misleading or unsupported.
